Vee is extremely diligent and knowledgeable of her market and the overall real estate business. I am an investor who was conducting my first fix and flip in Georgia and I was blessed to find Vee’s card at a restaurant when I went to grab a bite to eat. My business partner and I called Vee as we started to search for the realtors who would help us sell the home as we were finalizing the renovation. Vee was very responsive and was on-site in no time and as we did the walk through and discussed the project and her experience, I was able to quickly identify that Vee was the right choice and our search for a realtor would stop where it started (with Vee). Being an out of state investor you need people on the ground you can trust, and Vee not only knew how to sell the home, she also shared her network of contractors, inspectors, etc. with us which made the process so much easier and saved us a ton of time. Vee suggested a “coming soon” listing on the property as we completed the renovations, which paid off tremendously, because once we listed the house the property received an offer in the first few days of being officially listed. Vee helped us through the entire process, kept us informed, and guided us on “the way things are done there in the south” Having done multiple real estate transactions I’ve seen a lot and with my experience, I know that Vee stands out amongst the crowded field of Real Estate Agents and I highly recommend Vee to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Our meeting with Vee was a blessing in disguise! While house hunting with another realtor, it was frustrating since there was no progress. We lived in NY so it was a bit more difficult to find a house in GA. We met Vee and even though we were in another state she did all she could to find us a house that we loved. She was very professional, reliable, patient, efficient, determined, and resourceful. When we were afforded the time to visit GA to look at homes she found, she ensured that her schedule was cleared in order to dedicate her time solely to us. When we couldn't visit the houses in person she took photos, videos, and video called us to see the options that were available. After seeing the options and making offers, God allowed us to acquire the house we were most in love with. It was a challenging process but Vee went above and beyond to use her knowledge and expertise to make our dream of becoming home owners a reality. Even after closing she made herself available to assist us in whatever way was needed while we were still living in NY.
Vee is excellent at what she does. She communicates often and is prompt in responding. She answered any questions we had, and even if she didn't have the answer she made sure she got the info so that our questions could be answered. She went from being a realtor to a reliable friend. Being new residents to GA, she gives us tips and sound advice to help us adjust and be in the know.
We highly recommend Vee Wilson for all your realtor/real estate needs. Rest assured that you will receive the absolute best service. Vee is absolutely Amazing!! She puts in the work and then some. Anyone interested in purchasing a home, or knows of anyone interested Vee is the person to call.

I cannot share how much in words we absolutely LOVED Vee Wilson. I would recommend her over and over again for the rest of my life. She was always reliable, courteous, and friendly every step of the way. She gave us advice when she saw fit, but also gave us our space when needed. My experience has been one to remember because without the struggle behind this process there wouldn't have never made the result so beautiful. What I mean is that every turn or mistake that was conflicting with my buying of the house, Vee was there to back me up. Vee had been someone I could rely one despite the roles we had. Miss vee is great and give great feed back if you ask her. She took me to about 8 to 10 houses which is more then enough to pick the one I wanted as I had alot of options she help me narrow it down to 2 and we picked the final one that best fit me and my hubby needs. She us kind and really nice.
