We first meet Veena in the spring of 2014 via a family referral. Veena stuck with us through probably 100 visits to different houses spanning southern Virginia to eastern Maryland until we settled March 20th of 2015. All the while, putting our needs ahead of the sale. When the situation clearly was not for us, she spoke out even when it meant losing a larger commission for herself. After several failed attempts to purchase homes, some of which required submitting bids at 4am with 2 feet of snow on the ground, we finally wound up finding a great place to start our family. Veena will work for you as hard as she can to secure you and your family's future and will fight tooth and nail to ensure you get everything you deserve. For the home we now own, Veena had to meet us at Alexandria hospital to get the paperwork together at 1am while my wife was in active labor. By 7am the next day, our offer was secured and we could not have been happier. Since settling into our first home and having two little girls, Veena has become a part of our family. She has been to every major family event from baptisms to weekend gettogethers. This is a core value that I truly appreciate and value. Not only has she become part of our immediate family, she has built great relationships with my extended family that she has served and I plan to recommend her to anyone who would listen. November, 2016 To Whom it May Concern: I have known Veena Runyan since 2005, when I moved to Stephens City, VA. She was our realtor and showed us around various parts of Virginia when my husband and I were looking to purchase a home.
