Velia Peterson

Native from Mexico, I first came to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona from which I graduated with a double Bachelor's in Anthropology and Italian. I quickly fell in love with Tucson's beautiful desert and its community. After graduating I had a great job opportunity and stayed in this amazing country. Before discovering real estate was my passion, I worked in varied fields such as the foreign service, Anthropology, and was very involved in the Arts owning and directing and Art Gallery downtown Chicago. Life brought me back to Tucson 13 years ago. I decided to start a career in residential Real Estate because it combines two of my passions in life: helping people and everything that has to do with with a home, from design, construction, to sales.

When I am not working, I enjoy running, doing races around Tucson, and spending time with my son Jimmy and our puppy Bagel.
