Velyn specializes in San Diego North County Coastal. She feels blessed to call San Diego home. She loves where she lives and works, and she loves helping people find their home or investment property here too. She enjoys sharing her many years of real estate and investment experience with others. She has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation which is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. She is currently serving on the Carlsbad Planning Commission and is an active member of the Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary. Her husband and she have raised five kids here. They are now enjoying the next generation of San Diego residents through their grandkids. She enjoys being a Realtor because of the one-on-one relationships that she has with clients.
