I’m writing this review to express the exceptional service and care provided to me by Venus Bradford for the purchase and sale of my first home.

When I first purchased my home in 2006, I was a young single mom wanting to provide myself and son stability, community and chance in life. I witnessed my mom purchase her/our home with 5 children and I figured I could do it with one. I remember the joy and pride she felt when she achieved her goal of homeownership for her family and I wanted to do the same. So, I did! With the assistance of Ms. Bradford, she made sure to show me properties that not only fit my budget but also fit my family needs. The purchase of my home went smoothly.

In 2020, I decided to sell my home after relocating to Los Angeles, CA with my husband of 8 years. The decision to sell my home wasn’t an easy one to make but I knew just who to work with for the sale, Ms. Bradford. With my property being in Maryland and me being in California, having Ms. Bradford as my Realtor made me more comfortable moving forward with the sale. Ms. Bradford was my eyes, she made sure what my contractor said was actually completed. Ms. Bradford took great pictures to advertise the home. She ensured my property was clean for the buyer. She helped me get the price I was asking for. I’d like to note, my home was sold during the 2020 Pandemic for the asking price.
