Before beginning her career in real estate, Venys spent 10 years in public safety as a 911 dispatcher and supervisor, assisting people through some of the most difficult and critical moments of their lives. Working in an environment where communication, quick thinking, compassion, and remaining calm under pressure were essential shaped the professional she is today.
