My real estate experience includes 12 years as a realtor, 25+ years in owning/managing rentals. I also have a broker’s license. I have sold commercial, residential, investment properties, flips, and Luxury listings.

I am a full-time real estate professional and I work hard at it. I answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly. I use a professional photographer and include a 3D tour and arial shots with every listing—no charge. I’m a tenacious negotiator. I will be there to guide you through every step of the transaction. I make myself available to help you find contractors and plan updates after your purchase.

Over half of my clients are immigrants. I believe that everyone, regardless of skin color, race, gender, country of origin, or age, should have a fair and equal opportunity to transact in the real estate market. I go out of my way to practice what I believe.

I am an experienced renovator. I have decades of experience with contractors. I know what it takes to remove a wall, reposition a bathroom shower, add outlets, and rebuild a deck.

My hobbies include writing (my first book is published on Amazon), missionary work in Africa, and golf.
