Let me tell y'all about Verna!!! This is realtor that will stand with you 10 toes down. She help us buy our first home then turn around and helped us sell it 5 years later. Through it all she'll be there, she answers the phone or calls back in a timely manner. She encouraging and just been a total blessing. She is a quiet storm because don't play about her clients. Verna helped me purchase an investment property out of state in Memphis and she was super helpful throughout the whole process from the start of looking for properties through closing and beyond. She was able to provide several referrals in the area and went above and beyond by providing a video walkthrough of the property during the inspection which was very helpful for an out of state purchase. If you are looking for a realtor in the Memphis and surrounding areas Verna Littleton is your person. She is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and caring. My son was looking to move from Florida to Memphis and we contact Miss Littleton, she was quick to answer. We met with her the end of March and my son was able to close by mid June. I had a property in Memphis that was up for tax sale and did not have the documents to save the home which was passed from my Grandmother to my Dad that are both deceased. Verna Littleon was very Responsive and dedicated to help me get the home sold and had a team to help me retrive the documents I needed for the sale. She also found a buyer for it. Verna's also checked with me almost daily to keep me updated on what needed to be done. With her Professionalism she comes highly recommended and I truly thank her for everything she did.

My family had the pleasure of working with Ms.Littleton to purchase investment real estate in Memphis. Our son, who is a budding investor in California, decided to invest in property in Memphis. We have not lived in Memphis in many years, so I turned to one of my long time friends to ask her to refer our son to a reputable agent, who would guide him through the investment process. After speaking with Ms. Littleton the first time, our son felt very confident that her integrity was stellar and he had no doubt, that even with him living 2,000 miles away, she would make his interest a priority and would find the best possible deal for him. He was right! Ms. Littleton proved to be a consummate, knowledgeable and detailed real estate professional. Our son only had to travel to Memphis one time after Ms. Littleton found the property, which he eventually bought. She made the entire process so easy for him, I couldn't believe it when he told us that he had already closed the deal!

My family owns heir property in Memphis, which we have decided to sell. When we made the decision to sell the property, I immediately called Ms. Littleton. She did not hesitate to use her time on a Saturday to accommodate my family members, so she could assess the property. As soon as she finished looking at the property, she emailed a very through You Tube video, so that we could all see the property's condition. She then referred us to a very reasonably priced trash out company. Unfortunately, some family members decided they are not ready to list the property. I felt horrible because Ms. Littleton had already spent so much of her own time to help us. When I told her about the other family members' decision, she was very gracious and said she understood. I offered to pay her for her time, but she said, "Don't worry about it. You don't owe me anything." We will need to eventually list the heir property and my vote, for which real estate agent to hire, will definitely go to Verna Littleton. We can't go wrong if we employ her professionalism, integrity and tenacity!
