Verna Knows all real estate Mobile homes , houses and land whatever you got she will spent time with you like you are her only client and clam you down to make the right decision. 10 stars if I could give it .i have worked with 100 agents none compare to her and the way she does her good to the fullest with your best interest. Verna is the absolute best!!! We had issues with the buyer and Verna pushed everyday and did everything within her power to get it all straightened out until finally after around 3 or so addendums and an extra $500 added for troubles we finally closed! I can't imagine what would have happened had we went to anyone less experienced in dealing with off the wall problems I'm sure we'd still be waiting on closing or they would have given up on us by now. This isn't the first time she's went above and beyond to take care of us and I will never use anyone but her for my real estate needs!

Verna was very pleasant to work with in the sale of our home. Very professional. Provided comps of other homes that had sold within the vicinity of our home that helped establish our listing price. Verna wrote up an excellent listing and used the services of a professional photographer to provide numerous photos as part of the listing. Within an hour of the house officially going on MLS requests for showing the house came pouring in. Three offers were received the following day which Verna presented to us and helped us navigate the offers. Overall, we couldn't have found a better real estate sgent to work with.
