About Vernice

Vernice’s real estate journey began in 1988 as a newly licensed broker in Jackson, Mississippi. In 1992, she relocated to San Diego where she became a fixture in Southern California Real Estate. She has held the position of Broker Associate for Century 21 Prudential and the Broker of American Veteran Home Center. In 2005, Vernice opened Ross and Ross Realty where she has enjoyed success in the residential market. She has also focused on making the American dream of home ownership by finding affordable housing for military and first-time home buyers.
