Met Verniesa prior to covid, told her our wants and needs in a home. She quickly got back to us with homes and we headed out to find the house. Unfortunately we had to take a break from house hunting due to me having a surgery. But Verniesa was patient, and checked on me during my recovery. Once we were ready again, covid hit! Things got difficult, competitive and almost impossible. But in time she made what felt impossible, possible and we found a home in a great area. The process had its ups and downs, but Verniesa always gave us the honest and real deal on what every obstacle we might have ran into. I would recommend Verniesa time and time again. 5 stars

Verniesa Cannon was able to accomplish a few things during the time it took to sell my family's home that my Attorney was not able to do, although he should've been the one to take care of the tasks and issues that Verneisa did, extremely professional and I will definitely mention her name if someone mentions to me that they have property to sell.
