Vernon is the founder and President of Vernon D. Baptiste, CPA, A Professional Corporation. The company was founded in October 1987.

Professional Experience:

Vernon D. Baptiste is a certified public accountant in the State of California. His background includes several years of tax, audit and accounting experience with large and medium sized public accounting firms. Vernon was British trained, starting off his career with Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants in London, England. He relocated to the United States in 1978 where he became certified in the State of California. In Los Angeles he worked with Price Waterhouse, Ernst and Young Kenneth Leventhal, and Pannell Kerr Forster, Certified Public Accountants in their tax and audit departments.

Education and Professional Affiliations

Vernon holds a Masters Degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California (USC). and is a long standing member of both the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He is also a Certified Financial Planner from the American College.
