We can not express how Veronica has made the process of selling our prior home and the purchasing of the new home an extremely positive experience. .

She has gone over and above any expectations that we could have asked for. It was truly our lucky day when we walked in to your office and met you for the first time.

She was in complete control of the sale of the house that we were selling to make the purchase of our new home. she made this transition so seamless.

She helped with preparing to put it on the market. She even went to the house during a snow storm to shovel out the driveway and steps. So many extras that she did for us that if I listed them all this would be overwhelming.

she spent hours looking at houses and choosing the houses that fell in to our requirements of a home. Not just pushing a house on us trying to make a sale. She took us back to two of the houses SEVERAL times without making us feeling like we were a nuisance.

We felt that she was on our side during the entire process, negotiating and making herself available when we needed her.

When we moved in to the new house and she found out that the water to our Washer did not work she called her own Plumber and setup the appointment. She met them at the house to make sure that our next trip down to Maryland everything would be working as it should and that we had no issues.

I could go... We so much appreciate everything she has done for us over this process. She is so knowledgeable, patient and understanding, this is what you expect from someone helping you meet your goals !!

Veronica is versed in NOT ONLY home sales and purchasing...but was also very knowledgeable in helping us sell our Pines Point Marina boat slip and lift. The slip came with some unique requirements for the transaction documents...and she helped us work though it all. Found a buyer and helped us get the transaction closed very quickly!
