We have worked with and trusted D&M Realty and Management to manage our property for over 10 years now and we have had nothing less than outstanding service! I have tried several management co. however. D&M and our property manager are by far the best in southern CA! We are out-of-the-area owners and Veronica, our property manager, continues to provide excellent management of our property and services to the tenants. She is always pro-active and provides frequent updates on the property. When issues arise, Veronica seamlessly resolves all issues immediately and provides feedback as required. Veronica takes pride in her work, she has a keen eye and conducts meticulous home inspections. Additionally, when required, she's top notch and on the ball when executing contracts, avoiding prolong vacancy of the property. We have, and will continue to recommend D&M Realty and Management to anyone in the market of leasing or renting their property.

Spanning over a decade, Veronica has been the longest real estate we have worked with. The longevity of our relationship itself is a testimony to her professionalism and trust. She managed our rental property with care and integrity until we sold it last year. We listed the rental with her for sale and it was sold within a week's time. Then we decided to sell our primary home last year and listed it with her as well.
