Veronica is a high quality professional. She goes above and beyond for her clients to give them a one of a kind experience. Purchasing a home is a huge commitment and can be overwhelming, she makes sure to give you as much information as possible to educate you and keep you connected every step of the way. She does not try to just convince you to buy a home to make a quick buck but she makes you feel like a true friend and ally. Not only does she make you feel confident during the process but she continues to follow up with her clients to maintain a connection and is resource for any future endeavors. Veronica is Excellent! After months of having trouble with finding a home and not feeling heard by a previous realtor, I was referred to Veronica. From day one she sat down with my Fiancé and I and truly listened to what we wanted and our expectations, showed us new avenues we weren't aware of, and communicated with us every step of the way. While working with her, she only showed us homes that fit our criteria and we were under contract on our first home within two weeks! Once under contract, Veronica went above and beyond to make the whole process seamless. We can't thank her enough and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property whether you are first timers or seasoned owners.

Veronica helped us tremendously. We were stuck in a position where both of my parents live out of state and we needed to sell their house. Veronica was able to help us navigate through as well as help us with the legal side of things as my parents divorced and issues arose. She was extremely kind and patient through it all. Whenever we didn’t understand something she took the time to explain and figure out the next step with us. We are extremely grateful for her and we are so glad we ended up choosing her to help us with this sale.

Thankful and blessed is all i can think of when i think of the way i like to describe my experience with Veronica Torres. From the day we met for house searching she asked what my dream home would include and from that day on i can honestly say every house we had a viewing for had everything on our checklist. We have had many realtors and for some reason we would stop our search and think we weren’t ready. But once we started working with Veronica that mindset changed i felt confident, excited, and hopeful and that was a feeling we didn’t feel before. House hunting can be stressful and disappointing but not this time. We were excited she was very professional and had every detail and information to every home we looked at which showed she did her research before hand, and if she ever wasn’t sure of something we asked she would have the answer in hours. Throughout the past several months, Veronica has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was even while on vacation. She was there throughout the entire process making sure I felt comfortable.
