I have known Ronnie Tosoni for over 20 years both personally and professionally. I refer Ronnie to everyone including my own family. Some of the reasons I recommend her to everyone I know including my own family is because she listens to the specific needs of her clients & customers. She is very honest, she doesn’t just tell people what the want to hear, she tells them what they need to hear in order to achieve their needs & goals.
Ronnie works for her clients like they are her family, which is why a majority of her buisiness is generated by profession and customer referrals, as well as repeat lifelong clients, we all know if that is how your getting buisiness your doing something very right. I just can’t say enough about Ronnie as a person and a professional, she is trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, reliable, prompt and always prepared with the factual data and council in every market condition to get the job done !! Most of all Ronnie CARES about her clients, she fights for their best interest and not her own, she always follows through and guides her clients every step of the way from start to finish !!! Ronnie Tosoni was so helpful and professional throughout the whole house selling process. It was my first time to sell my house and she spent time with me explaining what I should do to prepare. She assisted with scheduling the inspections and adjuster. She made the Open House as simple as possible. I was lucky there was a lot of interest in my home and it went very smoothly and sold quickly. I was and I still am very pleased and impressed with Ronnie’s knowledge and experience in the realtor business. Highly recommend Ronnie as your professional real estate agent.
