Julianna Wegrzecki helped my partner and I to both purchase a new home & to sell our home. She went above and beyond to answer each of our many questions. We had many questions! ☺️ She was quick to find us properties to show and provided helpful advice on the area, home values, ways to boost a homes appeal to buyers, etc. We couldn't have done any of this without her. As a cherry on top, she had our home under contract in less than a week! I have to say this company has done right by us. We are first time home buyers and Charlene walked us through every single step, explained any and everything we were uncertain of. Want to give a shout out, and warm THANK YOU to our "agent(s)" and friends Jessica Arnold, Veronica Sniscak & Taylor for their suggestions and help. We know that all property sales are unique and this particular sale was not without it's challenges. Rising interest rates and need for a through cleaning and some minor repairs had put some fear in us of a quick sale. We live out of state; but the timely "suggestions" ( THANK YOU! ) by Jessica & Veronica, along with their support staff of recommended contractors allowed us to clean up and execute the repairs to the house quickly. This very short turnaround period, was instrumental (in my opinion) to the quick & successful sale. And while my husband was initially against it; the recommended "staging" ( THANK YOU Veronica! ) proved to increase the WOW factor, and the overall added value to the property. Taylor ( THANK YOU! ) gets the "assist" by being our de facto occupant for some of the contractor work, saving us from having to make costly arrangements and a trip (back) to town. Finally would like to say that I would recommend VSells & Associates of Compass for any Real Estate matters, from listing to settlement.

He was always available to answer questions, there were new listings for me to browse nearly everyday, and he was extremely flexible to find times that fit my schedule, and he is truly one of the kindest and caring people know. I was blown away by his commitment to finding me not just any house but somewhere that I could call a home for the next several years. Taylor took everything into consideration from the quality of the house, the area, the distance to grocery stores, and most importantly, how far of a walk it would be to Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium.

Being 80 years old and having to sell a house I lived in for 40 years, in the middle of a pandemic, I needed a lot of handholding along the way. Veronica provided the advice and help I needed, even when I was reluctant to take her advice. But I could see the house look better and better with the small but meaningful updates I hadn’t considered. I especially balked at her suggestion for staging the rooms, but she was right and it made the house look much more fresh and inviting. In the end the house sold for $100,000 over list in less than a week. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and professional advice.
