I want to share my experience with Veronica, who helped me buy my new house. I live out of state and she took care of everything from reviewing my new home finishes to making sure the home inspection gets done on time. My mortgage loan process was quite challenging because we had to work with an incompetent loan officer who caused delays and made the whole situation frustrating. However, since we had to choose the preferred builders' mortgage company to get certain incentives, we had no choice but to stick with them.

Thankfully, Veronica did everything she could to make the experience less painful. She coordinated with the builders' realtor and made sure everything went smoothly, especially during the escrow process, which made things more convenient for me as the buyer.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Veronica Songco to sell our investment property in Auburn WA.

Right off the bat, we had two obstacles to overcome. First, my wife and I were overseas during the first phase of the sale. Secondly, the prior tenant had left the home in quite the state of disrepair.

Immediately Veronica sprang into action and quarterbacked a team of landscapers, handyman and electrician. She set up everything! This team did wonders. Folks you can't believe the before and after pics!!! Veronica even did all the staging of home for free! Nonetheless, the home sold in a week all thanks to Veronica.

As far as customer service goes, Veronica was always an IM away with good prompt advice. She is very experienced, and this shows. So you can't go wrong hiring Veronica as she is the best!!!!!

When I called Veronica to help me find our second house, she was very quick to respond and right away search available houses in the location that I told her. Although the location was farther away, she did not hesitate to schedule tour appointments and was very flexible with the time that is convenient for me, my husband, and my two kids who for the most part will be staying in that house while in College. Veronica made our home buying and selling process as seamless as possible.  She is a realtor that really cares about her clients and their well-being. She listens to the who, what, where, when, and why’s of your move, then takes care of the how—how to make it happen.  Who will be living in the home?  What are you looking for in a home?  Where do you want to live? When do you want to move? And why are you moving?  She does her very best to accommodate your every need and always makes you feel at ease. Veronica knows what she is doing and how to get what you want. Our family had one main goal in mind. We wanted to find a home in Maple Valley, WA so our kids could have the opportunity to obtain a great education within the Tahoma School District.
