They enjoy entertaining and cooking international cuisine and are self-described “foodies”. They also have an appreciation for wine, food pairing, and the winemaking process – living in wine country has allowed them to appreciate the greater Portland area, including great areas to live. Road trips to anywhere to explore the coastal beauty or the Gorge are a top priority! Vic is also a very social and outgoing person who believes in serving his church and community.
