Vicki Treadwell

Licensed since 1989, Vicki has developed the skills necessary to market and sell both resale and new homes in the Atlanta marketplace. Her skills include preparation of a pricing strategy to assist sellers in properly pricing their homes, development and implementation of a marketing plan and most importantly an "Accountability and Feedback" program that keeps sellers informed. In representing buyers, Vicki is a careful listener, evaluating the customers' needs and then matching them to the perfect home. Her experience in representing builders in new construction has taught her a lot of what to look for when helping clients with their home purchase. Vicki feels that this knowledge is invaluable information that every buyer should have the benefit of. Her ability to focus in on what the buyer is really looking for helps shorten the process. Finally her negotiation skills are keen, allowing the buyer to get the best buy and seller to realize the best price, depending on who she is representing.
