Vickie Harris assisted me in August 2021 to sell our family home in Livermore, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Years prior, I was impressed when I met Vickie - and after interviewing a few others - she is THE realtor to use if you are buying or selling in the Jensen Tract. Vickie’s involvement in a predominant number of sales transactions in the area truly make her the “Jensen Tract Expert” ! Add in her extensive expertise dealing with family trust sales, and Vickie was clearly the choice for us!

Having Vickie help us through this transition made it a lot less stressful, to say the least! She connected us with top-notch contractors and plumbers, to help us be sure the house presented well to the market. She brought in a designer to stage the home, had the windows sparkling clean, and paid for a fantastic photographer! This extra effort showcased the home online, which made it very appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. As a result of her solid and extensive marketing approach Vickie created the foot traffic that brought in numerous serious buyers. We received multiple competitive offers when the house went on the market, and thanks in large part to Vickie’s incredible work, we closed rapidly at a selling price far higher than asking!

Vickie was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and rapidly getting our sale closed. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We have already recommended Vickie to several neighbors and will continue to do so.

I don't think Legacy Real Estate could have a better realtor out there representing them. I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. Vickie Harris is a true pro!

She helped me feel comfortable selling my home which I have never sold a home before and 10 minutes into our conversation I knew this was the person to sell my house for me!! I had the pleasure of having Vickie list my home. My home sold in 1 day. During the escrow, an issue came up with property lines. Vickie put my mind and ease and even was able to offer free attorney consultation if needed. Vickie took care of all the issues and it closed on time. When she said don't worry, she meant it. I was sooooooooooo pleased with her professionalism, communication, and ease of the process that I had her sell my other home. With my 2nd home, she coordinated all the contractors and schedules so I would not have to worry about the stress of getting my home ready to sell. This home had an offer the day I listed it.
