Vickie is the perfect example of what both home buyers and sellers really want and need. She knows the area like the back of her hand, and understands the local market really well. What I like most about her is that she puts her client above making a sale. An example of this is a couple of years ago. After she helped me buy my current house almost a decade ago, I was content in it, but noticed a hot new development that got me a bit excited. I called her and asked her what she thought. I have to believe most agents would see this as an opportunity - here's a guy ready to sell and buy - they can get in on both. Vickie is not most agents. After she did some quick checking, she called me back and said it could well be a mistake to go after it. Here we are, now, two years down the road, and I can point to that development and tell you she was dead on. Just as her word is true, it is also golden. Everything she's ever said she'd do, she's done. Follow thru has been excellent, informative, and timely. Bottom line, if you want a smooth experience with an agent who knows the market, knows how the market works, and will always put you first, you just found her. -- user570614

My wife and I were looking at home that Vickie was showing to one of her clients and she asked if she could help us and we told her what we were looking for. We liked her knowledge, personality and willingness to help us that we chose her as our broker even though I already had a broker that I was going to work with. She sold two homes for us and through her we purchased our current home. Vickie's knowledge helped us through all three transactions and made it easy for us by just following her suggestions and/or directions.
