Vickie assisted us in finding a home and closing quickly on the deal. She is very informative about each home and will often tell you every item to be concerned with, helping to drive a good decision on your buy. She also has a mortgage broker background so she can give info in that department as well. Definitely recommend!!

We had the best buy/sell real estate experience with Vicki Layton! On the buy side, we were looking for our Forever Home. She totally understood the significance of this and listened carefully to our needs and wants. Patiently she showed us several homes until we found the perfect one. Vicki knows the neighborhoods and she knows the inventory! Of course we had to sell a home too. When the deal fell through shortly before closing on the new home she reassured us there was a buyer and got to work in overdrive. Happily that home closed shortly after the first home so we weren't stuck with two mortgages. I cannot recommend Vicki enough! She is very patient, professional, kind, and thoughtful when it comes to buying/selling a home! She helped us get our home under contract in FIVE days, and our prior neighbor was under contract in ONE day! She helped us search for our new home, recommended an amazing lender, and lent an ear continually during the home buying and selling process.
