Vicki is my property manager who I pay my rent to. She is the best landlord I've ever had. She has worked with us several times. If something breaks, she had people out there fixing it quick. If people have had a bad experience with her, maybe it's because those people didn't pay their rent. Like she told me, as long as she sees you trying and you give her some money. She is good with that. But of course she wants her money. What landlord doesnt.

While commuting to my employer I noticed that a parcel was up for sale listed by this realtor. With excitement I made multiple calls, all of them being sent to voicemail. I did not give up by trying again once I got home along with logging onto the website. It could have been a server error but I was unable to reach the realtor by phone and by website. That is the reason behind the low score. However, that is not a reason to give a business a poor review. Upon further counsel I have decided to give a five-star.

Speaking about Vickie Spurling Realty is easy to do. Small, always available and as friendly as you can get. No matter what number you call, there is always an answer.
My wife and I went through them on a leap of faith and not only have they (Kristie) went above and beyond with a full plate she always makes times to answer my calls!
After finding this unit south of Cherryville catered for what seems like just us I can't recommend Vickie Spurling Reality enough!

Comfy units with plenty of space and is as quiet as you can get. The first thing I noticed coming from Charlotte was stepping out of the car and hearing the wind blow through trees.
Less than a half mile away is main street which has everything you need and more within two miles but you know what it has Charlotte doesn't have?
Worries. I and my family will never worry about crime, which play ground we pick or what school/daycare we choose.
In summary, it's beautiful, the units are well maintained and QUIET! For a family of three? Its perfect!

Christie was fantastic to work with! We worked with her as our agent to sell our home and as our agent to buy our new home. She worked hard to list our home, get the most out of it and to walk us through the process. She was patient and showed us several homes before we found the perfect one. Really good people who are great to work with. I moved back to area with a goal of buying a few rentals and maybe do a flip each year. I wish I would of met these guys immediately on my return to area, however after nightmares with another realtor I met Kent Spurling over the phone....Kent went out of the way to help me understand the Shelby/Cherryville/Bessemer City market...I have bought 6 homes with Kent and have sold 2 homes with him in the last year and a half...what I like the best about working with Kent is he understands both the investor side and the customer side, which is important to us since we want to buy/rent/sale quality homes...I strongly recommend calling Spurling realtor if you are looking to buy/sale/rent...honest people who care!
