My husband and I were faced with an unforeseen situation where we had to move fast. We were renters and had very little knowledge about the home buying process. This was our first purchase. Today's market is so competitive where we were told it will take months for us to find a home and that was just something we did not have. A friend of mine told me about Vicki. I called her and explained our situation and to interview her as a potential realtor to work with. Vicki treated our situation with a sense of urgency. She worked in a way that I didn't expect but hoped for. She took the time (and she is a quick study by the way) to understand what we were looking for in a home and after the 1st home we visited, she could tell what would interest us or lack thereof. She is a person of high integrity. She did not rush the process or treat us like another sell. She treated us like we were he only clients. we work long hours and multiple jobs, went on vacation and no matter what, she was flexible. We viewed homes at 7 p.m. She was always available for us. She even met with us on her anniversary! She hustled for us like I could never imagine. There were times she had to advocate for us, and we had to do the same. Her group that she works with (lenders). She was patient in our learning process. We were a true team. She knows her job well. There was not a question we had about the process that she or her team could not answer. We found an angel in the midst of our storm. With her hard work for us, we were preapproved and had our home identified in less than 2 weeks. She rocks! We highly recommend her as a realtor. She is more of a partner! We appreciate her greatly.
