Vicky was absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I are young newlyweds and had barely gotten our feet wet in the home buying process! We hadn't even looked at any houses yet when we contacted Vicky! We found the perfect home for us and it was the first one we looked at! Vicky was so prompt and professional and was not pushy with us at all, (which we LOVED) even though we were a little hesitant at first! We had a few realtors that were friends of the family that had told us to call them when we got ready to start looking, but we were so excited about the home, we just hit the call button and Zillow connected us with her, and we couldn't have been happier that it did! She was so quick and happy to help us, we scheduled a tour the same day, only a couple hours after seeing the listing! We actually had to reschedule last minute (literally as we were pulling up per the sellers request) and she was perfectly fine making another drive out the very next day! She knew exactly what we wanted and knew the steps we needed to take to make it happen! She was so knowledgeable and answered every question we had, even though the house hadn't even been listed long at all! She was super responsive and personable throughout the whole process! And when it came to the negotiation process, she wasn't afraid to put her foot down either and keep our best interest as the buyer in mind! She's definitely a realtor you want on your side!!! We're recommending her to everyone we know in the future and if we ever move or purchase again, we wouldn't want anyone else by our side!!

Vicky went above and beyond to help us close on our first fix and flip. We were very nervous since we were told that the buyers market in Raleigh was extremely competitive. Despite that, Vicky was not only able to get us in the house for a tour within 30 mins of the house being on the market but we ended up being in a multiple offer situation and she also negotiated an offer our behalf that the sellers couldn’t refuse. Vicky saved us $13,000 off of our original sales price!! I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to buy or sell in Raleigh as her knowledge of the market and work ethic are exceptional. It’s a tough market so you’ll need a tough agent.

We were first time home buyers when we met Vicky. We had absolutely no idea where to start, or if we were even capable of purchasing at the time. Vicky took her time and explained everything to us. Unfortunately, at the end of it all we decided to not purchase due to our own person reasons but my God, I would recommend this agent to anyone. Thank you for everything. Vicky listed one of my properties . We had a tough time selling the house due to some challenges inherent to the house. Vicky tried every play in the book and got it sold.
