I would highly recommend Victor as an agent. My husband and I have purchased a few houses so I would consider us experienced buyers. This purchase was not for ourselves, our sons were interested in purchasing their first property. We have been working with Victor for the past year. It’s not because we couldn’t find a property, my son could not figure out what type of housing he was interested in purchasing. Fast forward to 2020 and now our other son is interested in purchasing a property with his brother. I am providing this information because Victor has a significant amount of patience. We did not feel rushed and he would check in with us to see if he had narrowed down his interest. We finally found a property and Victor exhibited not only professionalism, he is very detailed oriented. He was able to identify items that we missed and was able to negotiate issues in our favor. Even when the sale was completed, as this was our sons first purchased, he even stayed in contact since they were first time home buyers. I asked our sons, what rating would you give Victor and they said 5! I can’t say enough great comments about our experience with Victor. If you want to be in great hands with some you can trust, reach out to Victor immediately, you won’t regret it!

Definitely a 5 star. I lost my father in February last year, which left my mother alone and 3 hours away from me. It was a must that her home be sold and move her close to me. The best realtor in town. His experience and him knowing everybody will help you get the house you want or sell your quickly. I sold mine in September 2018 and bought my new house in August 2019. It took us 29 days to close. It was quick and smooth process.
