Hi, and thank you for visiting my profile. I'm Victor Bolano, founder of Bolanos and Associates, and leader of a team dedicated to providing excellence in service to real estate buyers and sellers in Lower Fairfield County.

Back in 2004 I was on my way to a career as an appraiser when Real Estate sales reached out, grabbed me, and wouldn't let go. I had met an investor who recommended a book by Gary Keller, and once I read it I couldn't forget about the idea of helping people acquire homes and investment properties. I changed my course of study from appraisal to sales, and have never looked back!

We had known Victor for almost 7 years and he is such a nice, friendly person and very patient, no matter how many times you call him to ask the same question, he's always there to help you and give you the best advice. He goes straight to the point and makes you feel comfortable with any decision you make. We are in the process of getting our first home and as a first time buyers we are really nervous and scared but he is there to answer all of our questions and makes sure we get a good deal, and he speak our language which it makes things easier. I have recommend Victor and his company to a lot of friends and all I heard are good things about him.
