Met Victor about a year ago and have been working with him since. Initially my credit needed some work and Victor gave me guidance and a checklist of what I could do to help myself improve my numbers before buying. Through the next several months we kept in touch and after seeing a numerous amount of houses he helped my family and I find my first home. Victor was very patient working with my mom and I, he always took the time to explain the home buying process, even explaining the same thing over and over until I got it or understood enough to move forward lol. He was very helpful throughout the process from start to finish. I now have a home and gained a lifelong friend :)

Victor was always prompt, thorough, and very professional in his approach to sell my property. He responded to all of my questions and explained everything to me patiently.He was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in my neighborhood. All throughout the process, he was readily available, gave sound advice, and was incredibly supportive. As a result of his advice, I had an offer in less than 2 weeks and sold my condo for the full asking price. He clearly cares, which is an added bonus. On top of that, I can’t imagine a more hardworking person—weekends, holidays. He even worked while on vacation! I would highly recommend Victor’s services to other sellers who want a top real estate agent.

Victor's expertise was shown through his knowledge, specifically, in his obvious preparation and selection of homes that fit what we were looking for. His opinion was always solid and extremely helpful.

Our condo was sold after the first open house, and Victor handled every aspect with ease.

Victor made this total experience easier with his expert knowledge and drive to help complete our transition to a new home. He will most definitely be our first call if and when we decide to upgrade again.
