I worked with Vic over the last last two years as 1) a property manager to manage my condo and 2) real estate agent to sell the same condo.

As a property manager, Vic found a long term 2-year tenant that paid rent on time throughout the entire lease. He dealt with all the logistics of move-in/out and liaised with the Condo association directly to sort everything out. There was even a flood caused by the condo above over Christmas; Vic was there to not only put me at ease but also the tenant as well.

As a real estate agent, Vic was able to get the property listed in record time and listed on all the various websites to gain interest. Once we got the offer, Vic liaised with the Escrow and the Condo association to sort everything out through closing, which happened on time.

Vic's communication was top notch and found him extremely responsive. Especially as I live outside Seattle, Vic's quick responses and guidance put me at ease whilst he was managing and selling my property - everything for me was hands off.

I have dealt with several other property managers in the past and Vic is by far the best property manager I've dealt with - and that's saying a lot as I'm a tough customer!

Vic is my "go to" whenever I need anything real estate related. He always returns emails and texts promptly. He is courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable of the local markets. As a prospective buyer, he has shown me numerous properties over the past 5 years I have worked with him. When I needed to rent out my duplex, he was a great support in rental property management. When looking for a vacation home, Vic was happy to drive me around to view potential properties. When I was ready to sell my home, of course I called Vic! He was with me every step of the way!
