Im a retired lifelong RE broker. I know this business. And I know what it takes to be a successful RE sales person. Vic is probably the top RE salesman in our area in my opinion. You want to sell your house or even buy one, Vic is your guy. He’ll get it done for you. He’s easy to work with. But he knows what to do to market your home. He sold our home in Mumford Cove and had a backup lined up with a full price offer. The 2 nd day it was listed, He literally took over the presentation of the house While we were in FL at our main residence. Vic personally did an amazing job in staging the property. . The house was a waterfront home on Mumford cove. He got more money than the zestimate. His attention to detail was impressive. He was always available immediately. We very much appreciate his professionalism and his competence in getting the job done. . If you are a seller, in the Mumford Cove, mystic, Glp area, take my advice and call Vic. Victor's professionalism and knowledge of the Real Estate market made the selling of our home in Stafford go as seamless as possible. Victor was a fantastic. Thank you for all your help! This was my first time buying a house and he helped me through each step in the process. During this time it was difficult for me to find houses I liked and then they were quickly scooped up or I was out bid. He stayed with me though, even hunting down possible home's that were off market at the time. I reached out to him because my friend used him and said he was great, even following up after to check in. Our first introduction was over the phone as I had found a house to bid on with a quick turn around. I'll say I couldn't have been more impressed. He worked extended hours pulled in the people we needed and we got a bid out ASAP. I also live in another state and when we found a house I couldn't make it to Victor went out did a walk through and would take extensive pictures. He really made this an easy and smooth process. I'll recommend him to anyone looking for a house in CT.
