He Graduated Miami Dade Community College with an Associated of Science Degree in Aviation with a major in accounting in 1973. He then went on to the University of Arizona and graduated in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in finance. He has worked in a management capacity for Coast to Coast Financial Services, Inc., (1991 to 1994) and United Lending Group, Inc (1995 to 2001) with cumulative funding volume in excess of 1 Billion dollars. In 2003 he started Coast to Coast Lending Group. Inc., and it has prospered since.
Anticipating the real estate market turndown in 2007, he consolidated the operation and still maintained a profitable operation for its principal and investors.
During his years in the lending business he saw a need for Private Money Real Estate Loan investing. In 1999 the first of many private money loans were self-funded. As interest and demand for these loans grew so did the business along with amassing experience with acquiring, funding and servicing these loans. It has now become our focus and primary business. We have completed projects for our investors which include: Real Estate Acquisition for Income stream, “Fix and Flipping” of Bridge loans, FNMA “Pool” purchasing, HUD Repossessions, Short Sales and other Distressed Asset Transactions. He has aligned himself with a proven team of construction and real estate professionals.
After careful study and first-hand experience, he has focused his own and investor funds predominately on business purpose real estate loans in low loan to value ratios either in 1st or 2nd t rust deed positions secured by California Real Estate. The return rates to our investors vary depending on credit profiles, the subject property and final terms.
