Victoria Gibs was my third Realtor I started my house hunting journey in June 2021. I didn't have much luck with my search I work retail & was unable to attend all of my open houses. All of my previews agents were not attentive in which resulted me changing agents. Victoria would work day & night to make sure I would find the correct home. She listened to all of my needs and attended all of the open homes for me without me even asking she mad sure the location, estimated mortgage, and all my inside home needs matched it made my journey less stressful. Victoria is an awesome honest realtor. Usually realtors don’t even want to meet with you without you having the lender and the money ready to purchase; however, she is not like that. She would meet with you regardless of what step you are in (when it comes to your buying process): with patience, kindness, competense and professionalism. She is also really good at answering customers within minutes. I Highly recommend her!

Victoria is awesome and highly recommended! She did an initial appointment to see what we were looking for in a home (bedrooms, bathrooms, yard, location, etc). She set us up with various houses that matched our interests. She listened to our concerns, and she kept us updated every week with a list of homes that were newly on the market for sale. She was very flexible and attentive in getting showings scheduled for us. Victoria was a huge help, and made our home buying process very enjoyable. My last home purchase was in the 80's, so this experience was very foreign to my wife and I. Victoria had the necessary local knowledge of the neighborhood and cities as we weren't familiar with Orlando (We relocated from Miami). Thank you so much, Victoria!
