Buying a house in today’s market in California was not an easy task. Viktoria was not only professional but also quite creative in our difficult search, going above and beyond to make sure we are making a well educated decision in every step of the process. She negotiated and made it possible for us to get our offer accepted in spite of 19 other strong offers competing ours!
I should also mention she was available whenever we needed any information or assistance and rearranged her schedule to meet our needs. She has a charming personality, but don’t be deceived, she will be on top of everything as far as your interests are concerned. Very thorough knowledge of California real estate laws and regulations, responsible and professional approach to her work. Great network of specialists for repairs or remodeling.
I would highly recommend Viktoria to anyone looking to sell or buy a property and gladly referring her to my friends looking for a trustworthy agent.

I started working with Victoria in the fall of 2021. I met with her to discuss my interests in owning real estate in Southern California, but expressed how intimidated I was as a first time buyer. Victoria reassured me that with her help, I would find an amazing property at a price that I could afford. She walked me through the entire process and assured me she would be by my side with each step. I was very comforted knowing that she would be on my side.

Once my financing was in place, we went into full house hunting mode. Victoria showed me multiple properties, highlighting the pros and cons of each. Once we decided on a property to place an offer on, Victoria went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting the best deal possible. Because of Victoria's expertise and professionalism, I closed on a beautiful home for below asking price! This is unheard of in today's market! Throughout the process Victoria was always on top of all aspects of the sale. I honestly slept easier at night knowing that Victoria was on the case and would guide me to the correct decision. I cannot recommend Victoria enough! Such a trustworthy, diligent, and professional agent!

Victoria has been an absolute pleasure! Above and beyond does not begin to describe her. She is a wonderful agent and friend! My husband and I have been looking for a home for our son and dogs and Victoria has made it her mission to find us the best options within our budget and with ALL of our requests. I have texted her at 10pm with a thought and moments later I got a response and kind words to ease my mind. she is professional, knowledgeable, kind and makes me feel confident in my decisions.
