I was very impressed how Victoria handled the beginning to the end of my home purchase. Victoria stayed on top of every phone call, email and text messages. I called three other realtors and explained the loan amount and did not hear anything back from two realtors and the third realtor told me it was not possible to find anything in my price range. Where do I begin??? So long story short I sold my house in South Florida and asked my Realtor there for a contact in North Florida. She gave my info to Victoria. Victoria touched base and guided me towards areas that might work for me. That in itself alone was tremendous and I really have to give her credit because I myself didn’t know what I wanted. Found a property that is a fixer upper and instead of trying to push a “nicer” property on me she just said give her a bit to get all the details on it. In a super timely manner she had a the nitty gritty. We put in an offer and she walked me through it step by step even helped me with some mom and pop hardware stores to check out! She will be the only person I go to from now on because she serves the whole state!

Victoria is incredible at her job and was a huge blessing to my family. My mom purchased a beautiful tiny home in Old Town when she moved from Indiana. We discovered in November 2022 that my mom had cancer. She passed March of 2023 at 53 years of age. Losing her is the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with. So you can imagine navigating probate and selling her home was incredibly difficult. Especially because I live all the way in Indiana. I googled realtors and found Victoria and it was the best thing that could have happened. She helped me from start to finish. Always having so much compassion, grace and kindness. She helped make this process bearable and was always great at communicating with me. I had never sold or bought a house, all of this was new and she took the time to help me navigate it all. She also was great at helping me get in contact with people I needed to help address any issues that came up with the house. She has a really great group of compassionate and caring contacts. I can not explain in words how much she did and how much it means to me. I would recommend her to anyone needing help buying or selling a home. I never felt like I was a burden or that I was just a client. She makes you feel like family and cares about you. This quality is really hard to find and I know that she did not have to do all she did but I’m so thankful she did. There is no one better to help navigate you through the real estate business. My mom would have really loved her and I’m glad Victoria was able to find someone to love my mom’s home like she did. Letting go of it was hard but having Victoria by my side made it possible. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly an angel. So if you need someone and want to feel more than just a number or a sale then call her. You won’t be disappointed.

Where do I begin. Victoria is the best realtor you will ever meet. She goes above and beyond. Outstanding!!! I drove from out of state. I forgot about the time change and was over an hour late. She was so kind and wonderful and understanding. The second time I came down to look at a house. I ran into a wreck on the highway and was late again Once again She was wonderful and you talk about a lady that knows her business she had every detail of every Property. She was down on her hands and knees, looking up underneath the houses just to make sure that she gave me accurate information. On my way back home a deer ran out in front of me and I had a car wreck. I know this is supposed to be a post to tell people how good or bad you are at what you do but I’m not sure I can write in words what 20+ experience brings to the table coupled with a great heart and caring on top of it all. You made my first time buying a home a good experience and not a lesson learned!! You held my hand through it all my number 1 cheerleader 📣 and you were never annoyed or bothered by my questions instead you listened and always tried to help me or guide me!! If you are looking for a realtor this lady should be your #1 choice! I’m moving from quite a distance away to this area and couldn’t find another realtor that was willing to even let me look at properties. Victoria not only called me back immediately, but quickly sent me listings and checked out the ones I had been looking at myself. Within two days, I was making the trip up to check out properties. She was also very insightful and knows the area well. I know that I wouldn’t have been able to make the right choice for my family if she hadn’t been on top of everything!

Our experience with Ms. Victoria has been amazing! Not only is she the best at what she does she also cares. My husband and I have been searching for the right home for a while. She has answered endless text messages of questions we have had. Looking up properties for us and explaining different aspects of things to us. Victoria was a true blessing with our six month journey looking for our new home. The endless driving she did to our showings, driving from state to state, no matter how many hours she traveled. Any questions I had, she was a text away !!!
She took the time to really understand exactly what we were looking for, and with moving our livestock, she spent hours finding properties that would only except our animals and with that, she found us the perfect home where our “whole family” is welcomed !!
The hundreds of ours she spent with us, for us, all the paperwork, my endless texts to her, she never gave up on us, and for that, we are so grateful !!!
