Buying a home comes with its share of positive and negative experiences, working with Victoria was one of the best experience we’ve had. She was there with us throughout the process to answer all our questions, she was very thorough in her job. We had some frustrations with our builder that we wouldn’t have been able to solve if not for Victoria. She guided us in our offer process and was very frank on what type of offers would work and whether a particular home was worth the offer amount. We are so glad to have chosen her as our realtor and look forward to working with her again and 100% recommend her to future homebuyers.

Exceptional. She's the best realtor we've worked with. We found a house that was perfect for our liking within months of working with Victoria. She's always very transparent and honest about the market, houses and working with different contractors. She goes above and beyond to help answer your questions. We've closed on our house 2 months ago and we still reach out to her for questions and she's always available.
She also helps you to get in touch with anyone you need from loan questions to house maintenance.

She's super responsive and professional. She went an extra mile and even scheduled some home tours for us in the late evenings.

Her knowledge and expertise about the RTP area, housing market, offer submission and the entire home buying process is impressive. I even recommended her to one of my friend and he closed a town home in the Apex area too within 2-4 weeks.

Victoria is an amazing realtor. We are so glad to have found her to help with our house search.
