The Agent Development Specialist is a dynamic, self-motivated agent coach whose primary responsibility is to help our agents live exceptional lives. Victoria handles the onboarding of new agents and has implemented a system of new and existing agent training that supports the success of our sales associates. She is a subject matter expert in all the company business building and industry tools and regularly hosts one on one and small group training sessions. She also supports the Managing Brokers with in-office agent recognition events and manages the office social media accounts.
