Victoria Haket

Victoria Haket is a real estate professional with a strong focus on Rossmoor real estate. She has a deep connection to the Bay Area, having lived here her entire life. In 2016, she made the decision to move to Rossmoor in the East Bay to be closer to her youngest daughter and grandchildren. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®?, Victoria owned multiple businesses and raised six children.

Victoria’s journey into the real estate industry started when her REALTOR®?, David Schubb, suggested she obtain her real estate license and join his team. Since then, Victoria and David have become a dynamic duo, deeply passionate about Rossmoor and fully immersed in its vibrant community.

In 2022, Victoria was elected as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for her Mutual and actively participates in various committees, showcasing her commitment to the community's well-being and growth. With her experience as a sales Director in the senior living industry and her certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), she brings valuable insights and understanding to the unique challenges that seniors face.
