Victoria Suthers entered the Real Estate world when she was 15 years old. From a very young age she knew being
an expert in the Real Estate Industry was the path God intended for her and she hasn’t looked back since. Victoria
hasassisted some of the biggest names in the local Real Estate community and has built a reputation for delivering
outstanding customer service, hustle & heart along with exercising her faith. These core values are implemented
throughout her business.

Prior to present day Victoria helped manage a Real Estate Team in McHenry County from 2000 - 2020. Where
she became knowledgeable in all aspects of the local Real Estate Market. 12 of those years her assistance and
management in attaining, repairing, marketing and selling Foreclosures has given her a unique insight into how
to best serve real estate buyers and sellers. Working with a multitude of banks and hundreds of properties each
year has earned her reallife experiences that many don’t possess within the industry. In 2020 just as the world
was on the cusp of a pandemic, Victoria was called to take a leap of faith and joined Keller Williams Success Realty
as Independant Realtor not even realizing what would be in store for her. While learning how to adapt to the
Covid19 constraints and starting a new business, Victoria helped many clients buy and/or sell their homes while
garnering top-dollar in multiple markets for her sellers and winning multiple offer situations for her buyers all
while being recognized as a leader, in the top 20% of her office and has most recently earned a position on the
Agent Leadership Committee Board of Directors where she is Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion &
Growth Committee and has completed her Agent of Distinction training
