About Victoria

Vicki Witt's real estate experience began with real estate tax assessment appeals, then turned to overseas relocation services when her husband's career moved their young family to Singapore. On their return, Witt decided to follow in the footsteps of her mother, who built a thriving real estate business in St. Louis. From the outset, Witt's professional and life experiences provided a knowledge base of data analysis, real estate taxes and relocation services.

"I built my business from the ground up, earning referrals one client at a time," says Witt. Since 2010 she has been assisting her clients purchase and sell their homes in the western suburbs and numerous city neighborhoods including the lakefront, Lincoln Park and Lakeview.

"I'm adept at analyzing data sets and I rely on the myriad of market analysis tools we have available to us," Witt says. "I present my clients with the data they need to make the best decision for their specific goals. Then, I help them make it happen." Her favorite client testimonial states, "Vicki does her homework like no other, and is always the most prepared person in the room." Because her business is referral-based, initial consultations benefit from a foundation of mutual confidence and trust. Her approach is one of collaboration with her clients, and her goal is for each relationship to culminate in not only a successful purchase or sale, but with regard and respect for the process and for each other.

In 2020 Witt joined the ZK Group in its boutique River Forest office. This unique group of six brokers were the top producers in 2024 sales volume and market share in the Tri-Village area of Oak Park, Forest Park and River Forest. Each member brings their specific expertise to the group, resulting in a one-of-a-kind collection of independent brokers sharing their industry knowledge and experience with each other and their clients.
