About Victoria

Vicki Witt’s real estate experience began with tax assessment appeals, then turned to overseas relocation services when her husband’s career moved their young family to Singapore. On their return, Witt decided to follow in the footsteps of her mother, who built a thriving real estate business in St. Louis. From the outset, Witt’s professional and life experiences provided a knowledge base of data analysis, real estate taxes, and the process of relocating.

“I built a vibrant business from the ground up, earning referrals one client at a time,” says Witt. She has climbed the ladder of sales awards, from Rookie of the Year to Highest Volume Individual Producer in the Oak Park office, to the BHHS President’s Circle and Top 6% of the network. While she is based in Oak Park and River Forest, more than 20% of her business has been in the city — namely Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and downtown Chicago.

“I’m adept at analyzing data sets and rely on the myriad of market analysis tools we have available to us,” Witt says. “I present my clients with the data they need to make the best decision for themselves. Then, I help them make it happen.” Her favorite client testimonial states, “Vicki does her homework like no other, and is always the most prepared person in the room.” Because her business is referral-based, initial consultations benefit from a foundation of mutual confidence and trust. Her approach is one of collaboration with her clients, and her goal is for each relationship to culminate in not only a successful purchase or sale, but with regard and respect for the process and for each other. Witt lives in River Forest with her husband and their empty-nest black Lab, Bergen, namesake of the Prairie School architect John Van Bergen. They enjoy exploring Chicago theater, golf, and any opportunity to spend time with their young adult children and their partners. To give back, the Witts have been supporters of Housing Forward, Sarah’s Inn and Opportunity Knocks.
