A+++++++!!! Excellent realtor for all your needs. Buying, Selling, Renting in Northern Virginia? Go with Vie and you'll receive everything you expect and much more. Everyone knows a realtor or thinks they know the market. Let me tell you that this pandemic market is not like anything you've seen before. You need someone who has bought and sold homes pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. We knew Vie would sell our home for top dollar because she's sold numerous homes in our community already. Seeing is believing. Become a believer. If you want what we wanted, which was trustworthiness, great communication, quality service, professionalism and a ratified contract, go with Vie. Vie helped us sell our house & buy one within a month in May of 2021. She made the impossible possible and her patience, tenacity, kindness, reassurance, availability, and just overall personality couldn’t be more amazing! Vie is the most amazing, accomplished and understanding agent you could ever find or ask for. She listens to all your needs and understands to look for only what’s perfect for you. Her negotiation skills are on an entirely different level than any other realtor! Fast forward to this year, we used Vie to find a home again. In this crazy market she won us two homes (due to other agents not responding, and it just being a crazy market). She communicates clearly, contacts you promptly, has her clients best interest at heart, and will negotiate for you like no other agent can or will in this market. Go with Vie, you will be in the best hands!

Vie is an amazing agent and we highly recommend her help in your search for a new home. She went above and beyond and was there when we needed her, and we needed her a lot. As first-time home buyers, there were so many questions and concerns we had during the process, and Vie was sure to answer our questions and helped us understand what was going on and what we needed to do. She definitely helped calm our fears and anxieties. She really took our needs to heart and found us potential houses that fit what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable and able to help us realize aspects we didn’t think about during our tours. Vie was ready to continue looking for the right house for us if we hadn’t pursued the house we ended up choosing. We will absolutely use Vie again when the time comes, and suggest you do too.

Vie was amazing from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends or colleagues. My wife and I were first time home buyers so we had a ton questions and she was very responsive and helpful the whole time. In the beginning I gave her a list of things that I was looking for and she worked with us to check those boxes off.

We met Vie at an open house we were attending and could tell she was very much a go-getter which is what we needed as we were trying to purchase from out of town. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. This was not our first home purchase, but she was still able to contribute a lot of experience and guide us through the details again. She was very attentive to our desires and needs. She even remembered me mentioning at one point that I am a whiskey lover and got us a bottle of nice scotch at closing!

Vie is an excellent realtor. Me and my husband moved to Northern VA back in September. We traveled to NOVA in late July, hoping to find a rental property sufficient for our large family. We just happened to find Vie while we were looking at some properties and I'm so thankful we did. She worked hard to get us a great rental in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood. When it came time to start looking for a single family home, Vie sent us several properties and was eager to look at each one. She took note of our wish list items and helped us find a great home in a wonderful neighborhood, that we now call our own. I would recommend Vie to anyone. We recently worked with Vie to purchase a property in Alexandria, VA and highly recommend her as an agent! She was patient and thorough in understanding what we were looking for, and extremely responsive to our (numerous) inquiries. Of particular importance, she was proactive in identifying properties that met our needs. As properties in Alexandria come and go on the market very quickly, it was critical that we had someone that was aggressively monitoring the market for new listings - or potential listings. And, for us as busy parents with full-time jobs, we appreciated that she would provide her honest opinion when she felt a property didn't fit our needs, so she didn't waste our time. She also has valuable connections in the industry (e.g. home inspectors, contractors) that we were able to leverage and who were very good. We are very excited about our new home purchase. Overall, Vie was absolutely fantastic! In the beginning my wife and I were trying to do things ourselves, but found ourselves overwhelmed with the process. We were then referred to Vie, who helped us understand the process in great detail. She was always available and kept us comfortable. When we finally decided on our home, she worked tirelessly to get us our home at a price that was beyond fair. We've been in our home for over a year and we are completely satisfied with our purchase. Chances are, we wouldn't feel this way without Vie.

Vie helped my husband and I throughout all the different stages of home buying. As a renter, she helped us set realistic home saving goals. She showed us to homes that fit our wants and our budget. She was professional and respectful of our opinions, and helped us find a home that fit our lifestyle and budget. When we found a home we loved, she negotiated a fantastic deal that benefited both us, and the home owner. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the home-buying process. Vie was super helpful at answering all my questions and walking me through the process. She was also very responsive and made herself available for walk-throughs as soon as I let her know I'm interested in a property. This was a big plus considering how fast properties sell in NOVA. Additionally, Vie has experience in design and investing which was valuable because I got even more advice from her. Once my offer was accepted, she immediately scheduled a home inspector and contractor for me the same week. Vie's ability to work fast and efficiently is one of the top reasons you should pick her as your realtor.

I would 100% refer Vie to anyone interested in home in the NOVA. Vie contacted me regarding a home I was interested in, but became under contract, then asked if I was interested in other properties or what area I wanted to search. At the time I was waiting hours for a response from another realtor with our already short timeframe, so I gave her a shot. She instantly booked walk throughs for the following day and set up a search very specific to what I was interested in. This was the first thing I loved, she didn’t try to sell properties that didn’t fit our needs, and she stayed within our budget. During walk throughs she let us make opinions about homes and only added value when we asked. I loved this because it gave me and my husband a chance to decide what we liked/ didn’t like without clouding our judgment. Any questions we had she diligently got us answers (I’m talking minutes after our walk throughs, amazing). This instantly made me feel like we were working with right realtor. Her drive and determination was shown through her actions and made us feel comfortable at a time when we loss our trust in the real estate industry in general, through a very bad experience with a past realtor. Her communication was impeccable from developing an offer to our final closing. She connected us with a great mortgage company, only because we asked for suggestion, which helped us get mortgage approved for appropriate closing time. Her home inspector recommendation did great. She was there for us through the whole process. I am so happy we were able to meet someone like Vie because in addition to her professionalism she is very kind and became a friend to me and my husband. Thank you for helping to secure our family’s dream home.

My experience with Vie Nguyen was fantastic. She was extremely professional and was willing to hold my hand every step of the way through the buying process. Within two weeks, she was able to find me my dream home. After my offer was accepted, Vie continually performed check-ins to ensure everything was on track for closing. Also, if I had any questions about almost anything, she was always available and had the knowledge to answer all of my questions. I previously thought that purchasing a home was a tedious and frustrating experience but, working with Vie made the process a walk in the park.
