Vienna Kaiser

Vienna’s life skills have brought her to a Career in Real Estate. She has made it her goal to do and be the best in everything she pursues, School, Work and Family!

Vienna graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Art, have obtained her Military Relocation Certificate and have had her Real Estate Broker’s License since the beginning of her Real Estate Career and is now in her 11th year!

Real Estate is a great vehicle to utilize her background in Construction, Design, Teaching and Coaching. Past work experience includes TF Kaiser Construction - Sales, Design and Drafting. Owner and operator of a Sign Company and Picture Framing Business. Taught Art, PE and Coached High School Basketball and Softball. Through her previous work experience she has fine-tuned her skill set of understanding and analyzing clients’ needs in guiding them in the right direction, a highly necessary skill for Real Estate.

Real Estate is Fun, Exciting and Vienna Loves it. For her Sellers, she thrives on developing a marketing plan that best fits her client’s property resulting in multiple offers. For her Buyers, she listens intently to their priorities and ‘must haves’ and is thrilled when she finds the perfect fit. Vienna takes great pride in negotiating the best deal for both her Sellers and Buyers.

She has lived and worked in the San Diego County for 46 years and have a vast knowledge of the San Diego Area and the housing market, thus she is not limited. Vienna actively sells homes throughout San Diego County.

Some personal highlights include her husband of 38 years and 2 adult married children, a son and daughter (2 grandsons). Their son is a Naval Pilot stationed at North Island, Coronado. Athletics are a big part of their family. You name the sport…They PLAY, CrossFit, Basketball, OTL, Softball, Golf, Biking Riding, Water & Snow Ski…Etc.! Recently, her basketball team received the Gold Medal in the National Senior Games Basketball Tournament for her age group 2011, 2015 & 2017 with Silver in 2013; placed 1st in the Century Division in the OMBAC OTL Tournament 2014, 2015 & 2016 and she has been participating in CrossFit for 6 ½ years. Her high energy level compliments her commitment to her clients in providing them the best professional service.
