Vijay is very knowledgeable of the current market and did a great job to find right home for us. Always available and responds fast to queries. He helped us to understand the buying process, kept close contact with us throughout the whole process and helped us with any issues that came up. He is professional with his approach to closing deal. In addition, he also provided valuable advice on home repairs and how to prioritize the home maintenance work. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We have worked with Vijay Ghuge to buy our dream home in Buffalo Grove, IL. He had been just outstanding. Before choosing a realtor, I did a lot of research to see who would be the best choice. I spoke to few realtors and then got Vijay’s contact from a known friend. I decided to talk to him and reached a comfort level on the first phone call which went on for more than 30 minutes where Vijay explained me the entire process of buying a house in detail.

Then the search started and he was very active in all the houses that he showed to us. He had been more patient to answer all the questions (some were so silly). He spent hours answering our questions and ensuring that we understand everything properly.

After more 10 houses, we got the dream home that we were looking for, once we finalized the house and decided to put an offer, Vijay with his sound knowledge and market sense, ensured that the offer is a win-win situation for us and Phew! Our offer got accepted and then started the real fun.

Here comes the inspection, I was pleasantly surprised to see Vijay taking more interest in the inspection process and helping me in the inspection report. Being my first home purchase, it is obvious that I was not aware of how mortgage loan works and what details you should look at, Vijay went an extra mile to make me understand each cost and its impact on the overall process. After talking to multiple lenders, I zeroed on 1 and indeed that was the right choice. Here comes the final closing, we were all set a couple of days before and finally the dream of owning a house came true.

In the entire process, his professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.

I now consider Vijay a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks Vijay, it was pleasure to work with you.
