Vikas Wadhwa

Vikas (Vik) Wadhwa, is the founder of Modern Chicago Homes. Vikas is passionate about architecture and modern design. His expertise within this segment of the market clearly differentiates him from traditional real estate brokers. Vikas assists buyers and sellers of modern homes throughout the city of Chicago and nearby suburbs.

Prior to entering the field of real estate, his experience includes working as an investment banker at GOLDMAN, SACHS & CO. and as an investment professional at PRAIRIE CAPITAL – a leading Chicago based private equity firm. He graduated from NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY with a degree in Economics.

Vikas currently resides in the Lincoln Park neighborhood where he renovated a historic 1876 built townhome with a modern Scandinavian inspired interior. Previously, he lived in the Mies van der Rohe designed Commonwealth Plaza residences in a unit he meticulously designed and renovated.
