Words do not do this woman justice. She is professional, hard working, compassionate, and so personable. She had multiple conversations with us to find out our likes/dislikes. She worked so hard for us and found us our dream home on our first day seeing houses.

Viktoria and Tony, as a team, have been the best real Estate Agents ever!!! 👌🙏 .They walked us through the prep to the open house and closing the transaction. They got us a ratified contract over the sales price, with no contingencies, within five (5) days from the day it was uploaded in the MLS, then closed in 45 days with no issues. This is the third home we have sold in our entire life. Details, organizing, executing, and closing the gaps before and after the open house were terrific. I rate this real estate agent’s team with five stars. They bring lots of value, from customer service and attention to detail to extensive communication with no delays in responding to get the transaction moving forward. From start to finish our experience with Viktoria was phenomenal. We were moving into the DC area from out of state with a pretty tight moving timeline so we just wanted to look for a rental home. Within 10 days of connecting with Viktoria, she was able to find us our dream home and get our offer approved over others who were fighting for the house.

Since we were doing an out of state move, we were not able to see any of the houses physically, so she literally did a virtual tour for every single home we asked to see and then she even went beyond that to tour homes that she felt we would like. It was actually a home that we didn't even consider (but one that she found on her own) that we ended up falling in love with and signing a lease for.

Since we've only visited the area a handful of times, we want to rent for the first 1-2 years so we can take our time to find an area we would like to purchase a home in. However, I know when are ready to buy, she will be our buyers agent. Hands down, no questions asked.

If you ever have the opportunity to have Viktoria help you find a home, whether to rent or to buy, you will not be disspointed with her quality of work, work ethic, and her dedication to make sure you find a home that meets all of your criteria.

Viktoria is the best! She is very knowledgeable, professional and absolutely gets the job done! This was my first experience with a Realtor and definitely the best experience.
