Viktoria Strudwick

Hi! My name is Viktoria, and I am a Real Estate Agent at Live Florida Realty. I'm a Pharmacy Technician and Student at the University of South Florida studying Biology (Pre-Med) with a concentration in Medical Biology. I have lived in Lakeland for 15 years and graduated from the International Baccalaureate program at Bartow Senior High School.

My mother introduced me to real estate and encouraged me to get my license so I could elevate the debt from medical school early. At first, I wasn't keen on the idea because I was intimidated by the market, business, and the amount of information I had to know. However, my feelings changed once I began completing my program and studying for the state examination. Seeing how multifaceted everything is in real estate was very interesting, and I was hooked!

As a Real Estate Agent, Student, and Pharmacy Technician, every week has me running from place to place! I'm responsible for advertising properties, generating leads, accompanying my clients to properties of interest, presenting purchase offers, negotiations, and other vital parts of real estate.

I enjoy playing video games, creating art, learning new things, and going to the gym in my free time. I always appreciate a challenge, even when it gets incredibly frustrating. Still, I like to remind myself that it is a part of the process and that I will eventually accomplish my goals.

FUN FACT: I've been to 32 out of the 50 states in America!
