Vilma Alvarez is a true professional, who is genuinely sincere, and caring. During a seller's market, with a ongoing pandemic, when I couldn't get any real estate agent to even call me back, or give me the time of day, because I was looking for a rental... she took me on, and assisted me with my rental search. She asked questions that I didn't even think of, and gave me suggestions to assist my situation. Not only did she care. She even assisted me as she was at home sick with covid. I wish all realtors would follow in this role models example. I had one realtor take me out a few times ..and then never returned my calls or texts..no explanation or hey can't help you. She just quit responding.. Vilma is a knowledgeable realtor who is dedicated to her clients. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a professional to look no further.
