Vince Chan

Licensed in 2003, Vince Chan has been involved in the family real estate business since he was a child.

A lifetime of experience in real estate sales and property management led him to become a real estate broker and take over the family business. Trained to honor his handshakes like they were binding contracts, to always put the needs of his clients before his own, and to apply the work ethic of previous generations, Vince has become one of the most experienced real estate professionals in the Twin Cities.

His skill set includes the financial understanding of any real estate investment as well as the technical knowledge of all aspects of house construction and remodeling.

But most of all, he understands people. With a constant smile and a caring attitude, Vince shows what it’s like to work with someone who lives, breathes, and truly loves his job. When he’s not working, Vince enjoys playing sports with his friends and relaxing on the boat with his wife and two kids.
