I would highly recommend Vince Arcuri for anyone who is looking to sell their home. The facts speak for themselves: we had 9 offers and accepted one that was $3k above asking price and even above the bank’s appraised value of the home. This was our first time selling a house and Vince walked us through every step of the process. He has a “Get it done” attitude and would handle the stressful situations on our behalf. As a side note, his market strategy is beyond fantastic! The photography is simply beautiful and I am convinced it is was got people through the door!
