As a Piedmont native living in Crocker Highland with his wife and two daughters, Vincent is an expert on the Oakland and Berkeley area. He has negotiated service contracts with the City of Berkeley, Oracle Arena, and Safeway, to name a few.

Nearly a decade working in real estate finance has earned Vincent extensive knowledge of lending practices and the housing market.
